About Us

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Baywood Elementary, the home to over 300 wonderful students and families from preschool to fifth grade. Baywood is a unique neighborhood school where we offer a number of engaging educational programs. Students may be exploring and building in our "Makerspace" lab or getting their hands dirty with STEAM activities outside in our garden. We are committed to provide academic excellence where we are meeting the needs of all of our students.

Our hard working teachers and staff work together to provide a quality education for each and every student. They are dedicated to developing relationships with each student while also making learning fun and engaging where students love to come to school!

We welcome parents as an important part of their child's educational journey. We love having volunteers and community support and involvement. Together we make a great team to ensure students' success. We encourage you to join the PTA and invite you to be an active part of your child's education.

Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us. We look forward to partnering with you for a great school year.
