Don't worry if you get a message saying something like:

"Some files can harm your computer.  If the file information below looks suspicious, or you do not fully trust the source, do not open or save this file."

 It's okay.  You can trust these files.  Choose "Open".

(If you're on someone else's website and you get a message like this, you're on your own.  It may not be a good idea to open or save.)
